ABOUT
A Mormaer was a regional steward in early medieval Scotland, a trusted local leader who governed on behalf of the crown while representing the interests of their own people. It's an old title, but the role hasn't changed much. We stand between our clients and the institutions that shape their success, translating one for the other.
At Mormaer Associates, we connect business, the third sector and government, locally and nationally. We offer affordable, expert support in communications, event management, lobbying and public relations, built around the needs of the organisations we work with.
Access to government and media shouldn't depend on the size of your budget or the reach of your network. That's the gap we work to close, giving our clients the same calibre of support usually reserved for those who can afford much larger agencies.
Like the Mormaers of old, we act as trusted local leaders. Our job is to bridge interests, build relationships and make sure our clients are heard where it matters.
